Discipleship
Discipleship
phtCastleClubKids.jpgFollow out, is evangelism without discipleship, so we have developed many tools to conserve the Harvest. However, the single most powerful tool to keep kids in the church is relationship. Whatever tool we use the active ingredient is always brought back to a caring relationship. The more people who care, the bigger the people magnet to make your organization grow.

We believe that everyone in our organization deserves to be known by name by our leaders. To do this our basic unit is a group of 15-20 warriors who are discipled as a team in relationship with up to 6 teams under a regional director. The regional directors are under zonal evangelism who are under zonal supervisors working under a general director.

We have discipleship tools such as the following:
  • King’s Castle Club for children ages 8-12 who work through a challenging seven-step program. The whole program trains and challenge children to win their friends. We use radio, mail, communication, and churches to develop Castle Clubs.

  • Invisible church methods underscore the impossible dream of building a church big enough for the whole town. So church is celebrated under trees, in parks, on street corners, in garages, community houses and wherever a spot can be found to disciple an Armada of 10-20 Conquistadors (new converts). These youth are taught to fight to reach their world in this generation.

  • The Warriors Institute is how we disciple thousands of youth with scores of courses. We are eclectic and don’t believe we need to develop all the materials. What we feel strongly about is teaching the person and all the courses he or she has taken. Special recognition, special response, and special privileges go with accomplishments of individuals who excel within the group. We keep statistics on each Warriors progress.
